THE 2011 MUSIC SYLLABUS UNDER THE MUSIC FESTIVAL
RULES.
EVERYONE MUST STRICTLY ABIDE BY THESE RULES.
- Any Entries accepted by mail or delivery through the discussion with the coordinator will have a handling fee of $5 per entry.
- Payments for all entries are to be made by CREDIT CARD ONLY.
There are NO processing fees for entries this year.

- DEADLINE for ALL entries & ALL entries is FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 10th, 2012. ALL REGISTRATIONS must be received by this date. NO REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS DATE.
- There will be NO ADMISSION FEE at festival venues this year. Programs will still be for sale.
- Memorization is OPTIONAL for solo classes in all school band intstruments including brass, woodwind and percussion
- Gold, Silver & Bronze Award Standard will be used for all Elementary & Secondary Schools band & choirs ONLY (see Music Rules #62). Small ensembles are excluded from this award standard.
- Performers who do not have an original copy of their music for EACH participant will be disqualified - NO EXCEPTIONS.
